Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2010 Grants to Expand Substance Abuse Treatment Capacity in Adult Drug Courts. It is expected that approximately $2.5 million per year will be available to fund up to 8 grants. Awardees are eligible for up to $325,000 per year for up to three years. The total program is expected to provide a total of $7.5 million over its three year course. The actual amounts may vary, depending on the availability of these funds and the performance of the grantees. The grants will be administered by SAMHSA's Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.
